Oscar is the best buyer's agent in a seller's market like Mason. Here are the reasons- 1. He knows what a property is WORTH in the current market. He will make sure you put up a strong offer in the event of multiple offers, or a bargaining offer (which many agents might not like doing) if the property is on the market for a little while, 2. Oscar was given my name and number as I was looking to buy a home. He called within minutes to inquire on the type, size, price of house I was looking for and any "must haves". He also referred me to a loan officer to get pre-approved for financing. That evening, he met me to see a home and the following day, he showed me several more.
